1. Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at EcomShop. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Select the specific item(s) you want to return and provide a reason for the return
  4. Print the return shipping label and return authorization form
  5. Package the item(s) securely with the return authorization form inside
  6. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  7. Drop off the package at the specified carrier location

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediately available in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@example.com or call us at +1 (123) 456-7890. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange for a return shipping label and process a replacement or refund once the item is returned. Shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items will be covered by EcomShop.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

9. Sale Items

Items on sale can be returned according to our standard return policy unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
